Lightning Labs and Square have sparked a friendly competition to give the Satoshi, the smallest unit of Bitcoin, its own symbol.
It started after Desiree Dickerson, the head of operations at Lightning Labs, asked Square Crypto if they could crowdsource a symbol from the community on Twitter.
