Those with a weak stomach might not wanna read this , the numbers here hurt .  Hanyecz mined @ 100 , 000 Bitcoin and says about half of that went to pizza … just reading that hurts but he actually takes all of it in good stride :

” Cointelegraph spoke to Hanyecz on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of Bitcoin Pizza Day. We learned that $80 million dollars is nothing — he actually spent a lot more on pizza than had been previously reported.

Hanyecz estimates that he mined around 100,000 BTC total, and about half of it went to pizza. If we use the historical maximum price of $20,000, then 50,000 BTC comes out to $1 billion:
